Camps

The objective of Field Hockey Life camps is to give our youth athletes the chance to learn from our nation’s best players and coaches. After playing over 500 international games combined,  Keli and the staff have learned so much from their field hockey experiences.  Creating FHL camps gives them an opportunity to broaden the young athlete’s knowledge and give back to the sport that has made them Olympians.

The four day camps include more then 24 hours of coaching with small player to coach ratio.  The curriculum will be designed to help you learn the most up-to-date tactical philosophies and technical skills.  With the game evolving all the time, this is a great opportunity to learn from the most updated individuals in our country.

We have two types of camps that will give everyone an oppurtunity to be part of the action.  Our open  day camps are available for all players entering 6th – 12th grade.  We will ensure that you are surrounded by players of similar ability and grant you the oppurtunity to work with the entire staff.   During the four day experience, we hope to enhance your field hockey experience and walk away with more reasons to love the game.

Some players can register for a private camp hosted at their school.  We will work with your  high school coaches to create a curriculum that is focused on helping you achieve your individual and team’s goals.  The camp framework will be a helpful stepping stone into your team’s future.  Only players from the designated school can participate.  If bringing the FHL staff to your neighborhood is something you are interested in, please don’t hesitate contacting us.

The 2012 FHL Summer Camp registration will open on January 5, 2011.
